Services
Oberoi Luxury Spa offers professional wellness and relaxation massage services. All services are strictly professional and non-medical. Any form of inappropriate behaviour or request will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
Bookings & Timings
- Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other guests.
- Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Offers & Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The latest rate card is shared on request.
- The online 20% discount must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
- Offers may be modified or withdrawn at the spa's discretion.
Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist about any health condition, injury, allergy or pregnancy before your session. We reserve the right to refuse a service if we believe it may not be suitable for you.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The spa is not liable for loss or damage to valuables.
Conduct
We maintain a respectful, safe environment for guests and staff. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
